The Dulles Research advisory board includes:

  • The Honorable John D. Ashcroft. Prior to forming The Ashcroft Group, LLC in the summer of 2005, John Ashcroft spent 32 years in public service, most recently as United States Attorney General under President George W. Bush from 2001 – 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Ashcroft served the people of the state of Missouri as their U.S. Senator from 1995-2001, as well as their Governor, Attorney General, and Auditor. Mr. Ashcroft earned his undergraduate degree from Yale and his J.D. from the University of Chicago.
  • James P. Rutt. Rutt’s career spans the advent of information-based trading on Wall Street and the maturation of the Internet as society’s primary communications medium. He was a co-founder of First Call, Chief Technology Officer of The Thomson Corporation, and CEO of Network Solutions. He is presently chairman of the board of trustees of The Santa Fe Institute and a private investor. Jim Rutt holds a B.S. from the Sloan School of Management of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
